Positions at All Star Rents
Below is an example list of positions we may have available at our various locations:
The Equipment Attendant is a walk-in customer’s first point of contact. They assist customers with needs, load and unload equipment and perform routine maintenance on equipment. The training provide through the Career Track Program allows individuals to learn different aspects of the position, as well as, prepares them for advancement opportunities.
The Inside Sales Person performs the duties necessary to assist in the efficient flow of customers through the rental yard location by writing contracts, answering telephone calls, assist Equipment Attendants and customers in anyway necessary to achieve full customer satisfaction. Good customer service, communication and computer skills are a must for this position. Individuals following the Career Track Program in this position are prepared for an Assistant Manager/Branch Supervisor or Outside Sales position.
Delivery Drivers are the faces of the company out on the roads. They are responsible for the delivery, pick-up and movement of the company’s equipment fleet. Whether the job calls to move equipment from one of our locations to another, or to deliver and pick up equipment from a customer’s job site, the Delivery Driver must practice good customer service and have mechanical abilities. Don’t have a Commercial Driver’s License? Start off as an Equipment Attendant and we’ll help you work on your Class A license.
Have you ever heard mechanics referred to as "super heroes?" Who comes to the rescue when your car breaks down? Our professional Mechanics ensures that the company provides top quality equipment to its customers by inspecting, trouble shooting, diagnosing and repairing the equipment fleet; ensure all safety features are operational, inspect for leaks and work parts, repairs items as necessary.
The Outside Salesperson performs the duties necessary to promote and sell the company’s products and services; create awareness in the market, enhance revenues, provide product knowledge, establish and maintain customer relationships, and provide superior customer service. This position requires individuals that are self-motivated, energetic, confident and have strong people skills. The Outside Salesperson builds bridges between customers and our company.
Just as a conductor conducts an orchestra, a branch manager leads his team to create a symphony of daily activities. The Branch Manager performs a wide variety of highly responsible tasks; supervises from 2-20 branch employees, assists in budgeting and fleet planning, and coordinates all branch activities. Everyday presents different challenges and opportunities. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Branch Manager must maintain professionalism and be able to make quick, safe and effective decisions.
